All the offences provided for are recorded by: - officers and judicial police officers; - duly sworn officers of the Ministry in charge of Energy; - duly sworn officers of the operator, with regard to offences relating to the theft or handling of devices.
Toutes les infractions prévues sont constatées par :
- les officiers et agents de police judiciaire ;
- les agents dûment assermentés du ministère en charge de l'Energie ;
- les agents dûment assermentés de l'opérateur, pour ce qui concerne les infractions sur le vol ou la manipulation des appareils.
