The agreement is concluded by the Minister in charge of Energy and the Minister in charge of Economy and Finance, on behalf of the State. The Convention shall not enter into force until it has been approved by decree of the Council of Ministers. The agreement is personal, non-transferable and non-transferable. It is not likely to be renewed by tacit agreement.
La convention est conclue par le ministre chargé de l'Energie et le ministre chargé de l'Economie et des Finances, pour le compte de l'Etat.
La convention n'entre en vigueur qu'après avoir été approuvée par décret pris en Conseil des ministres.
La convention est personnelle, incessible et intransmissible. Elle n'est susceptible d'aucun renouvellement par tacite reconduction.
